They were great with my 9 month old and 7 old!! My daughter was so scared because of a previous visit for fillings but they help her get very comfortable!! Great staff!! A lady told me a lot of useful information!!

We had a really good experience. Penny was out hygienist and she was very helpful and informative she gave us some good tips to help brush our 1 yr olds teeth and she was very sweet! We were able to schedule our older child's appointment for the following day to have some work done. She has never had an injection in the mouth and the did a good job making her feel comfortable and didn't get irritated with her when she moved a little. They were very understanding that this is a scary experience at times for children. Kelly and Dr. Gang were very nice and informative as well!

This was the worse experience ever for my granddaughter. They did not numb her well enough and the polishing drill came apart in her mouth and hurt her. There were no apologies only this has happened before to some other poor child. We will never go back. Poor excuse for dental treatment

Mrs.Arlene Hygienist is awesome. Very professional. She answered all of our question. The Dentist is also very nice and great with explaining full details... I love the office and all the great attitudes..

Kool Smiles has some really nice people working for them. We took our Granddaughter for a cleaning on Thursday June 23. The Hygienist, Arlene Hygienist, was very good with Lilly. Very friendly. Lilly was fairly comfortable with her. However, the dentist that saw Lilly needs to brush up on her People skills with children. Rather brash and unfriendly when interacting with Lilly and I was not pleased. Lilly has seen many Dr's in her life because of a heart condition and she did not care for the dentist at all. I realize that Kool Smiles is a busy place but if you are going to be around children you have to come down to their level of thinking. Otherwise good visit. Kudos for Arlene, the hygienist.

My children never want to go there again. One of my kids has to have laughing gas and they accuse them of spitting on the floor when it's drool coming out of the side of their mouth. Another one,they gave laughing gas to for a sealant and the person that was supposed to do the sealants wasn't there and they still did it.

I came in today and the sweetest girl helped me out trying too get seen "Iesha Wilson" yall have a great girl working for yall....I was having a bad day and she made me smile!!! My first appointment with them was yesterday. I'm new to the area and my insurance was a primary payer for their office. I made my appointment on their 844 after hours number 10 days in advance with specifically Dr. Kelly. I called the next day to the office during business hours to verify the appointment had been made correctly and it had. As the time for my appointment drew closer I confirmed my appointment through email and text message. I had printed out my new patient paperwork and filled out all of that. The day of the appointment (yesterday) I came in the office 30 minutes prior to my appointment with my completed paperwork and waited in the waiting room from 12:35 to 1:45 even though my appointment was at 1. I was told that it was the insurance validation process and that's not in their control. I explained I understood but one of the reasons I made the appointment at 1 was that I wanted to make sure I had enough time for the appointment and be able to leave by 230 to pick my son up from school. The assistant that took me back explained that she could have me out by then even though it was only less thab an hour away at that point and I also verified that I was going to be seeing Dr. Kelly as well she assured of me of this too. Once I had my xrays completed it was now 225 and I was told at that point that Dr. Kelly wasn't there. I was so upset at this point that I literally wanted to leave but then I remembered they had done a full mouth set of xrays and would be charging my insurance for this. They then told me I could come back on another day when Dr.Kelly would be there and finish the appointment and I explained to them with Christmas being right around the corner that wouldn't work for me. What I ended up having to do is go drive on the other side of town and pick my son up from school and come back for my cleaning and exam after talking to their coordinator about what happened to me. She explained that Dr. Kelly had an emergency situation arise that she had to deal with and it was just a miscommunication and they were truly sorry. I ended up getting my cleaning and exam but had spent the majority of my day (12:35 to 4:30)to not even see the Dr. I had selected as a new patient. The people here are really nice. I honestly just worry how long I will end up staying at the office when I bring my 3 kids to be seen when I spent nearly 4 hours there just for myself.

I wouldn't take my pet to them! I had an appointment at noon and arrived at 11:45. I took my paperwork to the front desk and the office manager told me it was too late to see the dentist because they go to lunch at 1. So she told me I had to come back at 4. I came back at 3 and still had to wait for 2 hours before I was taken to the back. I was told my tooth couldn't be saved and had to be pulled. They had trouble getting my tooth out. I have TMJ and they popped my jaws out 3 to 4 times. I had a massive migraine the next day because of the stress to my jaws. I had horrible pain for days and the hole where my tooth was turned black. I called the office number and got an answering service and was transferred 3 times and finally spoke to the office. I went to the office on Mon. 8/31/15. The dentist put dry socket pack in the hole and decided to put a stitch in to help keep the tissue that was torn while pulling the tooth. The dentist didn't deaden all the area. I had tears running down my cheeks from the pain shots because they put the shots in the same area that the prior shots were. They didn't use any topical numbing medicine before giving me shots both times. I hit the chair because I was in excruciating pain! So I felt every stitch being sewn and the last stitch didn't have any numbing medicine and I told the dentist and she said that she didn't deaden the area because of my blood pressure. They printed up a bill that they were sending to my insurance and I noticed they billed for X-rays. I made them take off the charge for the X-rays since I didn't have any X-rays. The office manager said they couldn't charge for something that I didn't have done. If I didn't look at my bill they would have charged for services that weren't preformed. And they wondered why I had high blood pressure. They were the cause of it! I won't go back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
