        Overall

        Took 2 1/2 hours to be seen. Customer service was poor in that reception was unwilling to resolve issue causing a longer wait. I failed vision test and went to another clinic and passed. My vision is 20/25. There are other clinics I would suggest you use.

        Overall

        I went in for a drug test for work. The two women administering, botched the test right in front of me. I had NO opportunity to dispute. Was terminated. Currently I am working on a formal complaint with the Texas Medical Board. The only reason that they are getting a one star rating from me is because this site will not allow me to leave no stars
