DO NOT BUY FROM PANOLA!!!!! They sold us an overpriced lemon and then kept $1800 when we tried to return the car and then lied about EVERYTHING. They took advantage of my wife and tried to charge $13,000 for a car with a blue book value of $5,000.Their mechanic told me the reason the car shudder…
Stay away from the service department! If you have a Nissan, take it elsewhere for service or repair. My bad experience began when the service guy named "Robert" or "Robbie" actually lectured me when I didn't park close enough to the shop. I was parked about 30 yards from it so go figure. I live…
Do not try to order parts from them they will get it wrong!! We ordered parts and they ordered them wrong 3 times in over 3 weeks time. We gave them the vin number and exactlly what we needed. We need them right way and we asked if they can overnight them and Gary Nichols said yes if we pay the…
My husband and I have been car shopping for the past few weeks. We did a lot of searching on-line to find reliable cars and reputable dealers. We live near Dallas, and did most of our shopping with the local dealers here in the DFW area. We worked with six different sales associates before throw…

DO NOT BUY FROM PANOLA!!!!! They sold us an overpriced lemon and then kept $1800 when we tried to return the car and then lied about EVERYTHING. They took advantage of my wife and tried to charge $13,000 for a car with a blue book value of $5,000.Their mechanic told me the reason the car shuddered was because the check engine light kept coming on, which caused a scanner inside the engine compartment to move across the engine to see what the problem is so it can fix itself. They called my wife a liar when she told them what was actually wrong with the car.One star is too many. DO NOT BUY FROM PANOLA AUTO SALES.

This was our second purchase from Hyuandai Of Longview, the first time in 2012 was good but not so much this time. There will be no third time. We are sorry to have given this dealer our business and trust.
Stay away from the service department! If you have a Nissan, take it elsewhere for service or repair. My bad experience began when the service guy named "Robert" or "Robbie" actually lectured me when I didn't park close enough to the shop. I was parked about 30 yards from it so go figure. I live in Conroe Texas and I normally take my vehicle to the Nissan dealership there for oil changes and such and their facility is top notch, but I was visiting my grandmother in Longview. Coming to the Longview location was a stark difference and I am surprised that as long as this dealership has been in Longview that they have not invested more in the service facility. It is quit inadequate. I took my Titan there for an oil change and a diagnostic on a tire light that was on. I already knew a sensor may have been bad but was hoping not and it needed to be reset. After being lectured where I parked, I told Robbie this info and he said it may be about an hour because of people in front of me. Keep in mind I was there at 8 am on a Saturday with no one hardly there yet, but I am patient. It took well over an hour and when I asked him about the light he says that one of the sensors could be bad, he didn't know which one and that any Nissan dealership could take the tires off and check. Did he forget I asked him to do that and forget they are a Nissan dealership? Did he even attempt to reset it? I don't know. I was like "Okay...". He then says in a mildly condescending way that they are upwards of $200 each as if I didn't have any money. I didn't even bother to tell him I am under warranty ( I thought Nissan dealerships could notice this) but I had cash too. I just glared at him wondering. He then actually decided to patronize me and said I could put some black tape over the light so I couldn't see it! I was appalled and instead of reading him the riot act, I said to him kindly I would have my people back home look at it. I think he did me a favor because I probably would have regretted any repair I let them do, but his attitude about it was unprofessional in the upmost way. I don't know if it was because I am a woman or I am black, but this is not how you treat customers. Thank God I don't live in this town anymore.
Not impressed after you sign the papers.
Had lots of problems and was not really helped. Took a month to pay off car I traded in and another payment was pulled out why I waited on dealer. Ask for help with extra payment taken out and was told it wasn"t there problem. Avoid this dealer. Trust me!!!!!
BAIT AND SWITCH! This dealer listed a used 2013 Infiniti online for $25,888. The listing specifically said it had navigation. When I called they confirmed it was available and the price. When I called back to buy it, they told me they missed $700 shop bill and the price is now $26,500. I thought about it a while and decided to take it. Living 2 hours away, I asked the Nick the internet "manager" to verify it has navigation before I drive down there. He said he'd check. When I called back he said it does NOT have the navigation listed in the autotrader ad.
