ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAV EVER HAD.... So when we test drove the car I told Darren is sounded like the breaks or the rear end, he said no problem he would have that fixed... He wanted us to take it to HIS peoples shop and ensured us that it would be fixed the same day... NOPE I ended up taking it to another shop to see and of course it was the differential...took it back to the preferred shop... now 3 trips in and taken a few days off work to get this issue fixed they finally 'fixed the issue, that were also supposed to do the breaks (which was never done, oh and i for got the mention the "brand new' tires... that was also a lie because 2 weeks in we had to buy all new tires for the vehicle.... I had to fight and Remind him that he was supposed to do this work and that he would give me a car to drive while this was all being done... only had it for one day and he tried giving us a nasty van with no gas that smelled lie mold... so i had to fight with about putting us in something like our car a nicer one that didn't SMELL HORRIBLE given that I have kids... any way lest fast forward... to a few months later... our payment was due that Thursday, but we called to let him know well be making the payment Friday... they said "No Problem"... YEAH RIGHT so we hoped... Come Monday ( before the payment was actually due)... They came and PICKED UP our car... my husband was home with the kids about to come have lunch with me. He called them and who ever the new manager is said Darren told him to Repo the vehicle because we never paid the down payment. Now tell me this... how did we not pay the down payment MONTHS later and had a few note paid already... Doesn't make scene i know because that was not the case... Darren forgot... **PLEASE LOOK AT NEXT REVIEW FOR MORE
I took my vehicle there and they could not diagnose It properly and took a very long time no loaner car provided

DO NOT BUY FROM PANOLA!!!!! They sold us an overpriced lemon and then kept $1800 when we tried to return the car and then lied about EVERYTHING. They took advantage of my wife and tried to charge $13,000 for a car with a blue book value of $5,000.Their mechanic told me the reason the car shuddered was because the check engine light kept coming on, which caused a scanner inside the engine compartment to move across the engine to see what the problem is so it can fix itself.They called my wife a liar when she told them what was actually wrong with the car.One star is too many. DO NOT BUY FROM PANOLA AUTO SALES.
I went there a couple months ago and got an alright haircut, but way overpriced for what it was. So I gave it another chance, but this time I asked for a specific haircut, showed reference pictures and everything... Yet I still got the worst haircut I have ever received in my opinion. I ended up shaving my head as soon as i got home because of how bad it was. Do not go there unless you want them to f**k you up and overprice you. Not to mention, I was forced to give them a tip on my first visit.
If you want an honest car dealer who treats you with respect and values your time, go see this guy. So often dealers make you feel small, it's part of their sales tactic, as if you are so lucky to be there! Not, this guy! I told him what I wanted, what I needed and what I could afford. He made it happen! He may not have every car in the world, but he has the right one for you! And of course, he isn't the only car dealer in Longview....BUT HE IS THE BEST ONE !!!
These people will try to cheat you out of every penny of your security deposit. I waited for the 30 days they promise you and then 2 weeks after and still did not receive my deposit back I called the front office in Longview, they kept telling me they would check and call back and I would never get a call. Then I finally call them and asked for there corporate number in Dallas and after about 5 tries got someone to answer, but got the same result. So I tried to call back and no one would answer so I had to leave a message saying I was going to get my lawyer involved and they called back literally 5 min later. It's sad I had to threaten them with a lawsuit for them to call me back. I finally got my deposit check and they only gave me 2/3 of what they told me they would. It was a nightmare!!!
