I bought my wife a 2014 certified pre-owned Highlander with 9,000 miles less than a year ago. We had the vehicle serviced six times because the bumper would not stay in and kept popping out. After the bumper was fixed on the sixth trip to the service department, the Bluetooth and navigation stopped working on the radio. After being treated poorly by the service department, and being lied to by the service manager and the general manager (who both claimed they would replace our bumper and deliver the vehicle to us once fixed, which did not happen), we decided to trade in our vehicle just to get away from this dealership. Then we discovered prior to buying our vehicle it had been wrecked (so much for "certified"). We e-mailed the general manager, Harold Hurst, who has refused to respond to us. After forwarding our e-mail to Toyota directly the service manager did reach out to my wife and offered to once again fix our vehicle. We traded the vehicle in today at a loss and we were glad to.
First shop I had a good experience getting my car fixed. I was quoted almost twice as much in a different shop. Plus they finished the job when they promised they would. Unlike other places.
I'm not super aware of all the business tactics that are used these days... And I guess anything goes...But trying to drum up business by threatening a persons job seems sleazy to me.And I can only imagine being forced to hold up a sign by the street that says "Help Me Keep My Job" when you're trying to earn an honest living would be demeaning and humiliating.I thought he was meant to hold signs to advertise, not to beg.Very unprofessional and just downright cruel, not clever at all. Have some respect for your employees. No thank you.

My 2006 BMW 525i began overheating for some odd reason...thinking it was the water pump. I was recommended to this place by a friend. Took it in and got it scanned on their $4500 scanner. Brandon, the mechanic, told me nothing was wrong with the car, besides a valve cover gasket leak that dripped onto the wires..probably causing shorts. They could have lied and say my water pump was out. Instead, Brandon suggested I bring the car in whenever I'm financially ready to fix the leak. Very honest people.
