Angela, the manager does not provide good customer service. She didn't listen to my complaint and then minimized the problem. The touch screen wasn't working properly and when she tried it it worked for a short while. Her response was- "What else?" Implying that she solved the problem. Then she proceeded to "teach" me how to close out app that are running in the back... yeah... I COULDN'T close them... remember? The touch screen wasn't working properly... Finally, when customer service asked her to get into settings and she couldn't, she paid attention to my problem. At this location, there is just one nice lady, unfortunately I can't remember her name. The other acting manager is pushy to sell, she doesn't try to help, everything will be solved if you get a new phone- according to her.
