How to start this first off I never write reviews but when I saw how hard these guys work and the fact that they don't have a whole lot of reviews compelled me to put digital pen to paper. first off moving sucks. I actually hate it the packing renting a truck And logistics of the whole thing suck. So this time I decided to hire a real moving service instead of suffering by myself. They were a lot faster then I thought they would be an extremely careful. There was a small scratch on a table leg but Jordan came by himself the next day and fixed it free of charge he also offered me money off my bill the measure of a true professional is how they handle things when something goes wrong and these guys made the problem right so fast I was honestly impressed in truth I think that scratch may have been there before but its good now so I can't complain. The day before my move with FCB I was looking at stuff all over my place. It looked like a tornado happened, even after hours of packing I was pretty sure I was making all of no progress. These guys came in like seal team six and knocked it all out in a few hours. They moved a studio apartment with way to much stuff in it across town in 4 hrs when I moved myself it took me two ten hr days with help from various friends and a 24ft truck they fit everything in a sixteen footer. These guys were fast, professional, no hidden fees, and easy to deal with. Worth the money especially with all that is included they even hung my tv!!! They take the worry out of the whole moving process, which is honestly priceless in itself. Thanks, Jordan, Keith, and Mason, really solid crew all around.
I just completed my second move with FCB moving services! Once again they delivered on their reputation of professionalism and over the top customer service. All my belongings arrived without any breakage, stains or any other kind of damage! Jordan and his team were wonderful as usual. Extremely friendly and willing to do anything I requested even moving things multiple times I can be indecisive sorry about that guys. They, went above and beyond for me both times I hired this company. Other companies wanted to charge me for a carpenter to come in and hang my paintings instead of doing it themselves. Jordan gladly hung two large paintings and a flat-screen TV. He even fixed a door in my house that didn't close all the way which was in no way his responsibility to fix but he saved me having to deal with my landlord over it and by the way it only took him five mins. If you want someone to go above and beyond for you FCB is your team I've never seen movers so good before. Their pricing was quite reasonable and if Heaven forbid, I ever do have to move again/ I will call FCB Services and Consulting for sure. Cannot recommend them to enough of my friends so I had to write a review you guys rock!!!!.
I hired FCB services to assemble close to 30 pieces of furniture at my house back in May. I spoke with their office manager Keith, and he was responsive, responsible, and courteous when we spoke. They initially could not assemble the dining chairs correctly due to missing parts they actually had to fabricate new pieces because IKEA included the wrong part , but Keith promptly sent Jordan out to take care of all of the problems even though he had been paid already, and an added bonus my chairs are super sturdy now because they used real wood instead of particle board. I gave them 5 stars because they managed to get a job done while dealing with a manufactures missing pieces which just added a whole other degree of difficulty, and they kept a great attitude throughout the whole process. I was surprised how smart these guys were too i had a great discussion with Jordan and his helper about how the war of the roses was the basis for game of thrones you don't really expect your furniture assembler and movers to know about early England or the warring states period in Japan. These guys are a pleasure to have in your home I will be hiring them again they handled my furniture like true pros.
These guys were professional every step of the way, I called them when my original movers were a no show. they handled loading my uhaul masterfully and when I got to California there wasn't a scratch on anything. I've already recommended them to one friend and she confirmed these guys do an amazing job every time. They even helped me find a great company here in California to do the unload for me. This was by far the easiest move of my life. Thanks again guys!!!!
FCB Services is a great company. They're the only movers that I know and they're the only ones I want to know. They were very punctual and extremely courteous to me and my home. And for such a small business they displayed such an air of professionalism that you know they really care about their customers and they work they do!

Moving companies aren't required to be an AMSA member, but the ones that are have committed to the association's rules and regulations, which protect both the companies and the consumers hiring them. If a company isn't an AMSA member, that doesn't mean it isn't reputable, but an AMSA membership is a clear indication of legitimacy.
