This place sucks! They sold us a stove with a "1 year warranty" and when we got it home we found out it turns off when you use it to bake. We have to hit it to make it come back on. Very frustrating. Called and reported the issue and he said he thought it needed a new circuit board and would call us back. Never did. When I called again a couple weeks later he said it was too expensive to fix and would give us another one but didnt have one in stock. Would call when he had one. Again no call. So I kept calling him but he wouldnt take my calls or return them. He lists ones just like what I need online all the time! But Im stuck with the broken one. I seriously dont know how he is even still in business. Wish I could give 0 stars!

This is a place to beware of. The operators store used washers, dryers, refrigerators on the sidewalk and behind the building. These are left out in the rain, snow and all sorts of weather and then sold to the customers. The inside of the business is dark and dingy and cram packed full of machines. After 48 years in the Customer Service business I can tell by the run down condition of the store and also the used equipment that is stored outside in the weather, that this is not the place to buy your dream machine. You are best off to go to another store, I'll never go back.
