Our furnace would not run consistently. We had Service Experts/Climate Masters (same company) come out October 2011.
* I was told that there had been carbon monoxide leaking and that we would need to replace a part for that. I asked if in the meantime it was still safe to run the furnace, he said yes. I found that if there was any indication of a leak that legally they would have had to lock down the furnace
* He told me that the carbon monoxide detectors we have would not go off until there were dangerous levels of the gas then showed me their detectors that he wanted me to purchase from him.. By law stores wouldn’t be able to sell those if that were true.
* He said that our furnace only had another 2-3 years on it and that we really need to think about replacing it. Then he gives me the number to their “comfort specialists” to go over costs. My furnace is 11 years old and it has a 20 year warranty. There is no way anyone can tell that something isn’t going to work in a specific number of years. To make my furnace run, the cost they came up with was $1200.00 which included replacing 2 parts and to have it cleaned, and he said that since we would need a new furnace in a few years, we should weigh the options of fixing it or buying a new one. Thanks for trying to scare me into paying $1200.00 or just buying a new furnace, but I got it fixed by another company for $200.00 and it runs perfectly. No new parts, no carbon monoxide leaking, no new furnace needed. This company is dishonest and takes advantage of people!

Certainly one never likes to recieve bad news about an appliance and good news is always more welcome. Our people are professional in their approach and we always strive to provide accurate information to assist in your decision-making.
Our furnace of 68 yrs died on us. Got your name out of the phone book. Chris came and inspected our situation , we had to have a major over haul do to the age of our system. Chris set us up with a new system. Derrik, Russell, James and Nick were here for 3 days did a fantastic job. Would tell every one to use these guys. Thank you for the great job.
