        Overall

        I always wonder if officer Stogsdill was able to get his hearing checked. I have been concerned for him since the day he harrassed me about how loud my 100% stock Subaru Impreza was. My concern increased when he continued to grill me about what brand of exhaust I had installed, after I had told him that it was unmodified. I hope he is doing better now.
