I am very angry that 3 comcast/Xfinity salespeople banged on my door during dinner. When I asked (through my safety window) "who are you?" the woman said "we're your local representatives." I thought she meant political reps. So I opened the door & she began her spiel. We do NOT want any cable at all ever. We will NOT buy from people who bang on our doors & try to get us to open under false pretenses!
COMCAST SUCKS!!!! I sat on hold over 30 minutes to get an agent who didnt even want to help me then she gave me information that a sd dvr could no longer be ordered due to comcast only offering hddvrs however online shows that you can get 3 different kinds. Obviously something is not being updated. then after requesting for a sup because of the agents attitude i had to wait over 40 minutes and still never got to talk to one, instead she then came back on the phone said she walked over and talked to a sup and was advised to offered a discount on my dvr service. that i dont have yet. i have been on the phone over 89 minutes thats 1 hour 29 minutes of my time after a long day at work where i also do customer service. if i ever treated a customer the way comcast treats theirs i would lose my job. I really hope this company sees the importance of customer service. I only have to have them for 2 more months and most certainly cant wait to get my DIRECTV re-installed. The day i cancel my comcast will be the happiest i have been with them. I have only been with comcast 1 month and have had to call in 3 times as well contact online support and every time it is nothing but the worst expeirence i absolutly dread having to contact this company in any way. And it was so hard to find a place online to write my complaint that I have taken it everywhere but the comcast site.
