This place is not a 5 star hig...

This place is not a 5 star high class restaurant, but it is a 5 star deli - I have been using Blinks for years. Their service is great; their food is good and you can't beat their prices for the quality of foods. They are great with catering and bbq events. I have had many family functions and have hired Blinks and they are catering my holiday event as well. I will continue to recomment them!

Best Deli in Long Island City!

My wife and I use them all the time, for personal and business events. They really have the best service. They are clean and prompt and their food always tastes good. I find it hard to believe that anyone would complain about poor service at Blinks - they are particularly known for their service. Their food is also fresh, no frozen foods here, they have a professional chef which accomodates me especially because my wife has food allergies and makes my food just the way I like it. Thank God for a place like this and they deliver practically everywhere!

The WORST Restaurant & Delivery Service in NYC

My fiance ordered a pizza that took an hour to get to our house. When it finally arrived, it was cold. I sent it back and called the restaurant and was told another one will arrive promptly. When it did arrive, it was severely damaged of the cheese and toppings were stuck to the top of the box. The delivery boy ran off leaving us with trash that was not edible. What's worst--the restaurant would not answer the phone. It was as if they knew it was us calling. I immediately called my bank to contest the charges and I will be reporting this ""gem"" to the BBB and file a formal complaint. I am just sick of poor service and businesses that think they can get away with it.
