        Overall

        I scheduled an appointment for 11 am. The contractor showed up at 10 am, without notice. I was working (on a call with my office) and expecting another contractor in 30 minutes. Jim, the contractor, got angry with me because I couldn't fit him into my schedule.

        VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I would NOT recommend them.

        I was very happy with the installation of an engineered wood floor into two rooms. The installation looks fabulous.



        I not happy with the project manager forgetting the schedule the installation. I had to call the morning of installation and ask where are the workmen. No explation was ever given. Found out later on after the installation the the project manager forgot to schedule the job and therefore had to pull workers from other project to fill in. The installation took longer than quoted.



        This customer wants and expects great service.
