Best Trailer Park

I laughed at comments about the management making people keep their dogs quiet. (thank heavens for those of us who don't care to hear someone's dog barking 24/7 !!!) Sounds like that rater had a dog they didn't keep in check.

Yes the manager is very strict. However she is the most normal functioning person I have ever known. She is an ex-Marine which accounts for her demeanor. It does hide a VERY sweet soul. She is fair but strict. True, you do not want to cross her but if you take your neighbor's into consideration, and follow the (normal) rules, you'll be very happy here.

She is an animal lover and not only does she make sure the animals don't bother the guests, but she makes sure the people and the animals are happy and safe. This is a slice of heaven in the midst of a very noisy and crime ridden town.

I dare you to find this level of peace and safety anywhere else in this town or this price range. I can count on less than one hand how many times I have seen the police in here over the years. Though you will hear the helicopter overhead.

The strict but lovable manager works hard to keep this a safe place for all of us. The 5 mile an hour rule (which she does obey) is for everyone's safety....especially children...And it is the normal speed limit in any trailer park, by the way.



If you are an adult who must be scolded to obey rules you agreed to, I'm sure you can find your luck elsewhere.

By the way, the first time in my 30 years in Southern California, that I've lived in a place where neighbors say hello and smile. =)
