Unbelievable poor service. I understand that the rent is cheep. But does contacting your residents after multiple attempts to get an answer on a reasonable modification? Let’s start with the receptionist bust thing they can do is transfer you to voicemail. Don’t even bother asking a question they won’t know.
Richard the manager for the building that I live in. Is never there. Does not know how to return a phone call.
Then there is his supervisor Greg. Completely unprofessional. Has no clue what his team is doing, I guess he is a hands off approach and just let his team do what ever they want. His response to an upset tenant was to say “how long are we going to continue this conversation that is going no where?” I was floored that he was even say something like this. I work in the industry. And have for almost 15 years. In all kinds of buildings. As small as 100 units to as many as 1000. But this has to be the worst of them all. Zero communication and zero respect for their residents. Stay away if you can.
With all the above said, I love my apartment. It’s close to everything and my work that is 2 blocks away. The onsite manager German is great, but upper management has got to go and get some resident service training. I feel bad for the owners because if my managers treated anyone this way. They would no longer have a job.

My family and i were under Berro Management and I had a problem with pest I couldn't get a hold of the manager in the building, so as soon as I email the Berro Management she came looking for me the next morning I say they are attentive. Also, it was nice paying for rent online saved us money no extra fees.

I managed a unit for Berro for four years, before I moved out of California, I think it is a good company. The front desk person needed a little bit more training on her services she was very rude, but you always get a direct number to your manger at Berro and of your complex manager, yes It would take sometimes a couple days for him to ge back t to me, but I was not the only complex he mangaged, and I am sure if you have a big problem you could go to the Apt association..

I want to thank you for all your help and hats off to your accounting department you all are the best and especially Karlen in that accounting department. Thanks again for all that you do and for always returning our calls promptly.

For the last two and a half years we have been using the services of your company for the management of our rental property. We have been satisfied with you ever since Norma was paced in charge of our apartments. As a supervisor she has been managing my property with professionalism and I would recommend to other owners that she be given the chance to prove herself with their property as well.

I would like to send a big thanks to Scott for taking over when I was ill. Scott and I planned a day to have the painters star painting the outside of the building. I went into the hospital for about twelve to fourteen days and when I returned home I found the building painted.

I am happy to recommend this company for property management based on my experience over the past three years. They took over my property that had many problems and have completely reworked it. It is now fully functioning as an absentee landlord property and I have confidence that it is being closely monitored in my absence. I highly recommend them.
