He fought like a bulldog for six years for me. He always showed up for court despite the fact that the other side called for continuances time after time after time. As a six-year client of his I found him honest, compassionate, and honorable.



I have watched carefully as he fought religiously for my case. No lawyer could have done better.



A doctor partially blinded during an operation in which I had had a stroke and his ego would not let him believe that he had done anything wrong. This doctor currently stumps for minimally invasive surgery. Then why did he cut me open the way you would gut a trout?

Benjamin P. Wasserman is a lousy excuse of a attorney. He will not do what he is supposed to do at any time whatsoever as a litigant, process server, attorney whatever the case may be Benjamin P. Wasserman will find an excuse as to why not to pay. I would not put a lot of weight in using this attorneys firm because this man Benjamin P. Wasserman does nothing nothing nothing nothing but annoy you, make literally hundreds of excuses as to why not to honor what he is supposed to do which is pay as vendor when a service has been completed. In no way should a person put any trust in giving this man any credit at all rather it be money or otherwise because Benjamin P. Wasserman will come up with a crap load of excuses, do so much talking and dig big huge holes for himself and his business instead of simply paying his bills and honoring what he says he was going to do instead of lying and virtually being dishonest by stealing paperwork and making other vendors wait forever
