I made an appointment to have 4 things done. One was urgent, my brakes were very worn. I was there before my appointment time, was told 3 hours. 4.5 hours later I get a call asking if they can keep the car till Monday. I needed my car and they aren't even open Sundays, so what good would that do? I told them to finish what they could.
I asked them to have the shuttle pick me up, since it was only supposed to be 3 hours I was stranded at a shopping center. It took another hour for them to send the shuttle and another hour to get back to the shop. They could have been working on my car during these 2 hours.
6.5 hours having my car, they did the 3 things that weren't urgent (replace wiper blade, front alignment, leaky shocks) . Nothing that should have taken more than 1 - 2 hours. I asked why it took so long and they didn't finish, "I have no good reason" was all I got.
I'm still driving a death trap and wasted a whole Saturday. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Bad Service and Illegitimate Estimates!
Went there, filled the paper work cause I'm a new customer and service center guy wrote an estimate for brake fluid flushing and a replacement of the exhaust muffler hanger. This is what they told; brake fluid flush - $189.99 when clearly the display up front said $79.99 and even though I told them straight forward all I needed was the exhaust muffler hanger replace they said $80 for inspection only!
I skipped right out of there. Got the brake fluid done for $60 and the exhaust hanger done for $25. Got it all done for $5 more than the inspection!
All I can say, never will I go back there again. They are clueless people that abusive customers who don't know that much in detail about their cars.

Not a good shop to bring your car. A days work takes several days. A preliminary quote ended up more than double in the end where they suggest many parts needing replacement. Their goal is to list you as many parts for replacement so they can charge you more on labor as well. Take note that ACA in corner WIllow & Clark is using generic parts. When you know that your car needs a good branded parts, bring it to your dealer service instead of ACA. The dealer may quote you $50-$100 more on parts & labor but your are certauin of the service. ACA is just an average or below average auto repair shot. I will not bring my car again at ACA automotive corner Willow & Clark, in Long beach CA. I am very dissatisfied !!! I cannot recommend this auto repair shop to anyone. Stay away from this dealer. Bring your money and business somewhere else where you can get the right return for your bucks.
These men are incompetent or liars. They could could not even tell me what was wrong with my Saturn, let alone how to fix it. This cost me $90 for them to try to fix a ‘Check Engine’ light at which they failed miserably. Next, they tell me that it will cost me additional $’s to find the problem and that may not even be enough. Either, they think I am stupid or their ‘limited English speaking technicians’ do not know what they are doing.
You will be amazed the first, and every time you go to this place. The people are wonderful, and make you feel very comfortable being at an automotive place. I will never go anywhere else. Ask for Victor, Jeff, Maurice, or Adam to help you. They are truly the best.
You would be very hard pressed to find a more trustworthy auto repair anywhere. They refuse to sell you something that you do not need. They are approved by AAA, in which i have been a member for the last 14 years. AAA recommended this auto shop to me, and i am so grateful and richer. I was told by the dealer that i needed a whole laundry list of work performed on my Ford truck. Low and behold, all that i really needed was a new belt. The service adviser Jeff , took me out to my truck, and went over all the recommended services that the dealer suggested, that were not needed. Where would you ever find that.
Yes,Yes,Yes. This is the place to take your Jaguar for any repair. They are honest,quick,and will save you $$$$ wherever they can. I was sitting in the waiting room, with about 5 regular customers that was continually raving about this place. I will be back with our family cars, and will recommend them to anyone that i know.
I brought my car in for new brakes because the dealer said I needed new brake pads. But ACA said my brakes were fine and charged me nothing. I was refreshingly surprised to learn that there are still honest people out there and ACA is honest.
I WAS RECOMMENDED BY A VERY CLOSE FRIEND THAT I MUST TAKE MY VEHICLE TO ACASERVICE THAT I MAY NEED. IT WAS AWESOME FROM START TO FINISH. I TOOK MY 2002 MERCEDES IN FOR A HORRIBLE KNOCKING NOISE FROM THE ENGINE. ALL I COULD EMAGAN WAS A BILL BILL OR A NEW CAR. I RECEIVED A CALL A FEW HOURS LATER TELLING ME TO PICK IT UP. I QUESTIONED THE BILL SINCE I NEVER GOT A CALL AND IT WAS FREE. THE BOLT FROM THE ALTERNATION HAD SOMEHOW WORKED ITS WAY OUT. WOW WOW WOW . SEE ADAM OR VICTOR

I was very pleased with my recent service at ACA. I had some concerns about my car, but they were resolved by very experienced mechanics who knew what to do. I recommend them highly. You will be satisfied with their ability to fulfill your expectations.

They charged me $60 for a service I didn't even want or need. I told them that my check engine light was on, and I already knew what was causing it. I just wanted to know how much it would cost to fix it. They went ahead and did an engine diagnostic EVEN THOUGH I HAD ALREADY GOTTEN THE DIAGNOSTIC ELSEWHERE AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED. Both the service manager and general manager rudely insisted that they had discussed the price with me beforehand, but they did not.
They also charged me for a $20 brake inspection that I thought would be free (This was partly my fault because I forgot to show them the coupon I had for a free visual brake inspection beforehand, so they of course assumed that I wanted to pay for the more expensive ""thorough"" inspection).
Then they wanted to charge me $341 for a service that Jim's Auto Repair offered to do for $250 (for the EXACT SAME PARTS AND LABOR).
ACA kept my car overnight for a total of 30 hours. I paid $100 and basically got an oil change out of it.
My car wasn't even ready when I got there (as promised).
I will never go back there, and I would discourage anybody from trusting them with their car as well.

Thanks. I have been taking all of my family's cars to ACA automotive for many years. Adam and his staff are the most warmest, honest, and sincere people that i have ever met in the automotive business. You can rest assure that they will excede your expectations.
I cant believe that i finally feel at ease by taking my 94 mercedes in for the regular service. The moment that i arrived by a friends recommendation, i was blown away. The service department was awesome, and saved me about 400.00 . Why would anyone go the the dealer for the same work and with a longer warranty.
For many years I have been a customer of ACA Automotive in Long Beach. I have referred my family and friends to ACA and they love the service and honesty. I live in Orange County and many of my friends have traveled to Long Beach for service. I submit this recommendation with sincerity. Jon Wallin

This place rocks! Ive been going here for a long time and theyve always helped me out. Theyre service is exceptional, do quality work, are competent, honest and fair. Ive always worked on my own cars, but dont have the time anymore so I can tell when someone knows what tey are talking about! Ive tried a couple other shops in the long beach area and they all tried to BS about repairs that are ""needed"". I know how hard it is to find a good mechanic and know that once you have one you need to keep them. i would highly recommend them to anyone needed repair.
