21st Century Programming

We purchased 21st centuries ROM software and have been completely unsatisfied with the company's support. The software is antiquated and cannot be easily updated. The hardware they sell you is below average and you cannot find media for it. They have been promising an upgrade which includes the software in a new coding language for the past year but it is still not available. When we bring up complaints they basically laugh it off and don't take us seriously because we are not one of their large customers. I would not recommend this software to any business.
