Very easy access to Alamo at this small Long Beach airport in the LA area. The service was excellent and the cars are a short walk from the baggage claim area. It couldn't be much easier.
For nearly two years, I've been renting a car every week or so for one day so I can visit elderly family and run some errands. The service is always terrific and everyone goes out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. If something's not right (which is very rare) they make it right!

Service was great and prompt. Expectations initially were to expect a delayed process from getting picked up from the collision center to handling the rental process, especially when I saw several people at the counter, but all of it was efficient and friendly. The same superb service was provided when I returned the vehicle. This level of service is not new since I have used Enterprise at several airports and I recommend it to others who have relayed to me the same similar good service experience. Thanks.
Reserved a car through Hotwire and got a great price while staying in LBC. Late pick up left me with large cars only. Limited human interaction and had to get another car.

The customer service is excellent. I love that they pick you up from your home and drop you off if needed. The weekend rates are very good. They also work with you no matter your financial situation. I highly recommend them.
If I could give them a 0 star I would!! 1 employee was working the office, 1 was working where you pick up your vehicle and there was a line of people waiting for both. After waiting over an hour the suv that we were given was nasty. It was not cleaned out, food and liquids were spilled everywhere. They asked if we wanted to prepay for our gas. The guy said when you bring it back we will fill it up and charge you whatever it was to fill it up. Sounded great!... Until we were charged for a full tank of gas when we had only used a half of a tank. Called and spoke to someone from at the 800 number and they said that is not how that works, but would refund half of what they charged us, still have not seen a refund and that was back in June. Will never use this Enterprise again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
