I lived in the same house in east Long Beach for 40 years. There are plenty of grocery stores in the area including Ralph's, Stater Bros., Vons etc. But when they put in this Pavilions I was hooked. Although it's a big store, there is something very "homey" about it. For whatever reason I find it a store where I know where everything is. I can do all of my shopping there, or if I just want one or two items, I know exactly where they are and can get in and out quickly. Plus you get $$ off for gas the more you shop there. It's a win-win and hands down my favorite grocery store.
One star because minus 5 not an option. Don't order from this company unless you want about 3 hours of aggravation from customer service and not get resolution.
Absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Ordered a new pump, they sent a salt water system. They admitted their mistake and then told me it would be another 20-25 business days until I get what they already had my money for. They actually told me to request a refund and buy a new pump from Amazon as it would get to me quicker and have better backing if anything went wrong. NEVER AGAIN
intex is a bad company have the intex 1600 salt and sand filter the pump has gone out 5 times in 14 months each time they send a new pump and within a week it freezes up # 6 is on the way I asked to exchange for a different system and offered to pay the difference they said no and the customer service is bad they no nothing about the products and refuse to let you speak to a supervisor bad product bad service and they do not care about the customer
I needed a filter part. I ordered it and payed for 2 day shipping. I received the wrong part. I was told the right one was on the way and would be there in 7 to 10 days. It was being shipped ground. 1 month later still no part and now told it is discontinued. The customer service people are in China and don't speak very good English.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bought an above ground pool online, was told it would be at my home (in Canada) in 7 business days from the day it shipped. Been 3 weeks and not here. Called "customer service" line but I dont speak chinese. Nobody spoke english. The Long Beach facility posts a contact number which just redirects you to china and the cycle starts all over again. I was also told I would be given a tracking number (in a generic email) but was not and customer service has no way of telling me what that might be. I am calling to cancel order. Dont waste your time. I can only imagine what would happen if the pool is defective in any way and I need to return it. Pffff.
