SORRY, BUT THE FACT THAT THERE ARE NO TELLERS ON MOST OF THE BANKS SUCKS. I HATE DEALING WITH "ATM'S" WHEN I REALLY WANT A REAL PERSON TO HELP ME.I WILL FIND ANOTHER BANK. CHASE WILL LOSE MORE.I HAVE TO MENTION, THEY ONLY HAVE ONE "BANKER" IN CASE YOU NEED A REAL PERSON, BUT GOOD LUCK, YOU WILL WAIT FOR EVER TO SEE A TELLER.
Seriously my favorite branch to visit, I have no complaints on any of the branches but this one in particular is my fav! Everyone is always so kind from the security guards at the front door throughout the whole branch . Everyone greets you . Always a pleasure and very helpful.
I Received Outstanding Service From Johana Gabriel!Back on Thursday, September 8, 2016, I was out in the Long Beach area & needed to get to a bank and luckily just by using my google app, I was able to find the closest branch to where I was which was just a few short blocks away.I was received & greeted by Johana Gabriel who is a Qualified Personal Banker who took really good care of ME as her customer by sitting me down at her desk & taking my banking deposit and in helping me get verified 4 the United Airlines Mileage Plus Credit Card which operates under Chase Bank & helping me to find out about getting my Credit Line Increase 4 the Chase Freedom Unlimited Card, including setting up my Chase Freedom Unlimited Card to be able to debit my checking account in order to pay the bill in full each & every month so that I'm Never Late In Making A Payment.Johana Gabriel's work was done with patience, kindness, diligence, respect without feeling rushed, nor pressured.Howard Paul Shore
No consideration for the handicap, where's the drive through? how do they expect the handicap to pay for a parking & be timed? They can't move as fast as the non-handicap Duh. I'll Give more stars when they make a drive through
What Are The Rules of The Handicap Line? Anyone else have problems with their handicap line? several times I Go in with my Dad who is handicap with a heart condition, just because he doesn't carry a cane on him, first we thought we still had to stand in the regular line until handicap teller was empty then go to the window, but then other handicap personnel used to walk right in & go right into their window. I mentioned that we were next & one security guard states that we should have stood right behind the chair. So I try to stand behind the chair next time & the teller still calls someone out of the line just because they have a cane but yet he was standing in the regular line. I tried to state that we were next right here & she still took him next anyways, so I try to wait behind the chair so no one walks right in & cuts ahead like before; but the teller keeps asking me to have a seat or stand far back. I don't get it. I'm always very polite & helpful to others & yet still get treated that way. If this continues we'll be searching for another bank.
Very helpful and professional
