Overall
Bad customer service

I purchased a furniture set back in July when my son was leaving for college taking our sectional. I found a set I liked and was told it would be in stock in August which was perfect since my furniture was leaving. I scheduled to pick it up the day my son was leaving to move to college . When I called the store I was told the sofa was in but not the chairs. They thought they might be on the truck. I went later that day to pick it up since it was the only day I would have a truck and inquired about the chairs. I was told they were never scheduled to be in until late September! I left messages for the salesperson and was later told he moved after several unanswered emails. Finally after several phone calls and emails my furniture came in in October. I had called to add an ottoman and was told it could be added to my delivery since I no longer had access to a truck. (I had rented one back in August). The delivery came and guess what? No ottoman! Shocker! I had to drive to the store later that dY to pick it up. Well I love my furniture but now the leather is disco loring . I called to inquire about the policy and how I might get it repaired. I was asked if I had purchased the leather policy. I had Never even been asked to purchase it! I was told to send an email with pictures to the manager which I immediately did. 2 emails later and no response. Shocker! I have looked online and not seen one good review! I should have checked them out first. My leather sofa is 6 months old and is already damaged. I've never had furniture wear out so quickly and thus is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
