The Lone Tree Recreation Center is a fitness facility that serves youths, adults and children in the state of Colorado. It conducts a range of training classes in yoga and martial arts. The center also provides weight training and swimming lessons, as well as organizes fitness and wellness programs. In addition, the Lone Tree Recreation Center conducts cultural arts and instructional racquetball classes. It features a gymnasium, fitness studio, catering kitchen, cardio theatre, aquatics area, running tracks, changing rooms and racquetball courts. The Lone Tree Recreation Center owns and manages stair steppers, upright cycles, recumbent bikes, treadmills, rowing machines, and circuit and cardiovascular equipment. Located in Lone Tree, Colo., the center is a part of South Suburban Parks and Recreation.
