I loved the superb treatment I received from Jill and Ed Bozarth Chevrolet in connection with the purchase of my 2007 Chevy Trailblazer LT. I don't think I have ever been treated better in connection with a major purchase. First, you immediately responded to my Internet inquiry for a price quote, calling and then faxing information on two vehicles. After I decided to purchase, you really went beyond the call of duty doing things like bringing the paperwork to my house when I needed to go home to tend to a sick dog and also had become very tired in the early evening and did not feel up to driving back to the dealership to finish the transaction. Although my new vehicle was shining like a diamond when I arrived at Ed Bozarth to take delivery, you went so far as to clean off a few tiny dirt spots and place all my personal items inside the new vehicle where they belonged before I took delivery. You patiently and carefully explained all the vehicle's functions. You even answered your cell phone on your day off to help me with questions on the vehicle settings. You arranged to have the sealant put on the Trailblazer before I took delivery so I wouldn't have to bring the vehicle back so soon considering my dog's sickness. Your care and attention to detail was just amazing! I could go on and on but it would be a very long list. I hope GM, Chevrolet and Ed Bozarth dealership realize what a tremendous asset you are to them.

Bought a car from you guys today. Edward was my sales associate. Great pitch on prices, value and availability. He was very attentive to my needs. Even after a situation after the sale, he still is attentive. Two follow up phone calls. Just can’t believe the service! Joe the closer, explained all my options on the screen before he printed them. I spent 20 minutes browsing, 20 minutes on the work sheets, 20 minutes on the closing, and upon getting up from my chair, my car was ready. Edward agreed to drive the car home and I brought him back in my old one, which I decided to keep. Total time from contact to good-bye: One hour and ten minutes. Basically it was Look, Deal, Done! You guys are unbeatable. Thank you Edward and Thank you Ed Bozarth!!!

We purchased used 2006 Cobalt for our graduate son last night with the assistance of Jeff Reimers. Jeff was a true pleasure to work with. His professional appearance, manners and personality will have us coming back to your dealership. Even though we arrived late in the evening and were casual lookers for the car, Jeff Reimers, Joe Madesian and Keith Ewing didn’t hesitate to stay late and help us through to the final paper work. We have dealt with the personnel of other dealerships over many years. Jeff made this visit to your dealership a true pleasure. We are sure that he will go far with your organization. ...recently purchased a 2007 Suburban from your dealership. I thought I better mention the circumstances of the purchase. Needless to say we were pleased with the eventual outcome of our purchase. We special ordered a red Suburban in early March. About three weeks later we were informed by our salesmen, Fausto Ramierz and sales manager Joe Madesian, that General Motors stopped its production of red Suburban's for the 2007 model year. We were disappointed that it took three weeks to let us know of the circumstances. Both Fausto and Joe were very apologetic and said they should have caught this earlier. A couple of other car dealerships said the constraint was off and they would order the car. Joe told me that just was not true and they were not being honest with us. The other dealerships could not come through. He was right. Joe then went out of his way to see if he could locate a red Suburban with the type of interior that we wanted. He was able to find a car that was better than the one we ordered and had it at the dealership within a couple of days. It turns out that our purchase was faster than the delivery of the special order. I wanted to let you know that I was pleased with Joe and Fausto's honesty and integrity in handling this matter. This is the third vehicle we have purchased at your dealership. We will continue to do so. Please extend our sincere appreciation to Fausto Ramierz and Joe Madesian for their out of he ordinary efforts on our behalf.

After 2 consecutive horrible experiences with the dealer where I purchased a new 07 Suburban, I decided to give the Lone Tree / Park Meadows Ed Bozarth Chevrolet a try. The difference is like night and day. For 3 years running, the service department at Ed Bozarth has been absolutely the best in every way. Great service, great listening, great effort, very honest and the always advise with my best interest in mind. I've been a customer at many car dealer service departments for many makes and dealers over the past 35 years and nobody else is even in the same league as these guys! I wish my wife had a Chevy so I could take it there for service too. I'm spoiled.

I wanted to take the time to thank you and your team for such a wonderful car buying experience. When you did not have exactly what I was looking for onsite you found it the next day and made the deal happen for me. You met every one of my needs in a courteous and business like fashion. I really enjoyed working with you on my trade in purchase of my third Chevy Tahoe in a row from Ed Bozarth Chevrolet. Obviously you guys have proven to continuously take care of my needs. I am sure many times you must hear complaints; hopefully as well you hear praise for your staff and also efforts. Recently I brought in my Corvette for service. I found out that the repair was not covered under warranty. I was under the wrong assumption that the warranty I had purchased would cover my repair. Along with my salesperson, Julie and your excellent Service Manager Jeremy you tried to find a way to make sure that this customer was taken care of. Not once was there any feeling that you or the staff at Ed Bozarth made me feel like I had done something wrong and further, you and your staff appeared to be genuinely trying to help me and sympathetic to my dilemma. Because of your efforts you found that my car had been Certified before I bought it and that extended the factory warranty allowing the repair to be made at no cost to myself. Jeremy ordered the parts and had my car ready the next day for a beautiful weekend of driving. That is why you not only have been thanked by me, you have also kept a customer and with that, the recommendation of your business to all the people I can tell and how I was treated with great service and respect. I enjoy my Corvette every minute that I drive it. I am very pleased to know that it is being serviced by people who are reputable and care about their customers. Thank you again for all your efforts and to all those who helped.

Our experience last week with your service department far exceeded our expectations and solidified us as customers for life. We purchased a used Trailblazer in November of 2002. Last week, one of the electric windows became inoperable, as the motor was burned out. We made arrangements to bring it in to be repaired along with doing some routine maintenance to the car. The service department called with several concerns regarding the condition of the car, adding up to several hundred dollars in potential repairs. We expressed concerns that these should have been discovered during your inspection prior to selling the car. The service manager contacted the used car manager and collectively determined that the dealership should be responsible for most of the extraordinary repairs and we should be responsible for the routine maintenance. This act of good faith really blew us away, as it is far more common that people do not do “the right thing”. Your actions have not only made us customers for life, but this story will be told countless times as it is so unusual but such a pleasant surprise. We thank you for your consideration with this situation and look forward to a long and satisfying relationship.

Thank you for your cooperation in rectifying a mistake in my choice of a “short” or “long” bed. I was concerned that I would end up with a truck that would not serve the intended purpose.
