The manager herself tried to pass off a used/broken machine as new. Then lied about doing so. Her final thrust was to insist Medicare approves of this behavior. This is the first time i've done business with them, obviously, its the last. Consumer beware, you are NOT getting what you pay for. I want a tech whose skills include knowledge of the machines and troubleshooting, none of which she has. Bad place to go to
I was in your Londonderry, NH store today to buy a graduation card. I got to the register and was told I had the wrong size envelope in which the clerk took out a box of assorted envelopes and put it with my card. I asked the clerk if I could get one that matched the card and he said no we don't have one. And this is without even looking to see if he did. I said sir your really should try a little harder to please your customers. And his reply was "next time ill let you take the card with the wrong size envelope". I know this may not seem important but it was to me. I wont be returning to that store.
