Casual atmosphere. Food was amazing! If you like a family owned mom and pop style pizza place try this place! They have table games on each dine in table. We played dominos and tic tac toe! Great food and the TOPPINGS are NO skimpy and the super sub is HUGE! Great prices!!!
Good pizza will eat there always. One of The best Pizza around Here. In London service is good too. Even delivery is on time .
Truly the most horrible pizza. Very skimpy toppings, had to go home and put extra cheese on it myself. Was very disappointed because for that price i expected better.. and especially when it says "Truly Italian" on their sign. What a joke! I had expressed my dissatisfaction on Cappy's facebook page and i was met in a very egotistical manner by the smartass owner. If you do call and complain, I am sure you will be given the same treatment. The rudest person i have encountered in awhile! Bad service. I rather go to any place but here.. I don't appreciate snide remarks by the owner when i give a 1 star review on their fb page. Very unprofessional. I have a feeling they won't last in the new building at this rate.. the "hype" and newness will wear off..and nobody will care to see what it's all about anymore. There aren't many places in London you can take visitors from out of town.. But i will stay clear of Cappy's.. I only invest my dollar in quality places and people. Enough said. If you want to know what a good pizza tastes like.. Try Don Gino's on W. Broad Street.. they have a Monday Large Special.. very good price and awesome amount of toppings.. Now THEY taste like true authentic Italian pizza! They know how to treat their customers too! Go somewhere that cares about their customers and values them spending their money. CRAPPY's pizza and crappy service? Nope, never again! Usually i don't leave reviews.. but after the nasty comments i received i feel that a review is warranted. As another reviewer on fb so eloquently put it: "You are better off going to the grocery store and getting a frozen pizza!"
Rude, gave me the wrong salad I ordered the chicken salad for $5 and the gave me the garden which is sold for $2.99 and when I called and told them the mistake they said "oh well I don't know." That it was my problem. We will never order from them again!
Dear, Ownership and/or Management of Ronetti's On Saturday the 9th of September I arrived at your dining establishment at 7:45 pm. I was in a party of two for a dine in experience for a date night with the lady. It didn't take long from sitting down for your server wearing an orange shirt (sorry she didn't give me her name) to take our drink and appetizer order, it was the appetizer sampler, an iced tea, and a soft drink. The soft drinks were placed on the table within a few minutes of the order, and the server took our order of a large pizza with half pepperoni and half Hawaiian style. Me and my date waited patiently as I interacted with my party in a normal dinning manner. At about 8:15 pm my date and I had empty beverages for some time, and we still didn't have our appetizers. I noticed that the customers diagonal to us, who had sandwich orders in before we arrived, didn't have any food, and had empty beers for quite some time. At 8:20 pm I was becoming agitated by the lack of service, and the server returned with my iced tea without any ice in it. I asked her politely to get me some ice because my beverage wasn't cold at all. She returned after five minutes at about 8:26 pm with the beverage. I checked the time again at 8:34 pm as the server finally came out with our pizza, before the party diagonal of us received their orders. I asked the server if she had our appetizer order in, and she responded by telling me "yeah, I'll check on it." I told her we didn't want it anymore because our entree was already on the table. She promptly returned, and slammed the appetizer on the the table in a passive aggressive manner. My date was alarmed by this action by your server, and informed me by how displeased she was by this insensitive action. The pizza crust was under cooked, and the appetizer was barely warm. To better describe the pizza, the crust was had the texture that resembled old moist saltine crackers, and the toppings were hardly cooked. The platter included four decent mozzarella sticks, a pile of onion rings that were in a solid cold clump, and the hot wings had a bubbly substance under them that resembled saliva. I don't know of anyone spit on the wings, but it looked like it. After about five minutes of trying to eat this meal I gave up, and walked to the counter to pay for the meal. At this point I was infuriated, and told the server "I want to pay now." I was prepared to walk out at 8:30 pm, but I decided to wait 5 more minutes. I may come off a bit agitated when I have been agitated, but I am a reasonable man when communicating with service. I come from a family of people in the hospitality industry and small business ownership, and what I experienced last night was an absolute shame. I payed $28.31 for the worst meal I have experienced at a small business, and still left her $1.69 as a tip for respect of the service industry. I do not want my meal paid for, someone to be fired, a free meal, or any other form of reimbursement for my meal and experience. All I really want is an apology, and the problems to be fixed. As of right now I haven't given any negative reviews of your establishment to friends, food spotter blogs, newspaper ads, or google, but I am willing to post this e-mail to any outlet I can as of right now. As I have already stated I have never received such negative service from any establishment.Sincerely,Kalei Andrew Chandler
Not real impressed w/ new ownership. Placed a large order with my family here from Columbus. My daughter has always loved their pizza. The toasted subs (4 of them) were all toasted to very crispy. Parts were actually burnt. Out of 4 subs my son ate a half of one. The large pizza was very crispy on top- most of the edges were all burnt. The pepperoni was crunchy- you could hear it crunch when trying to chew it. The crust was so hard and crispy most of it wasn't edible. Haven't eaten my salad yet. Hoping it's ok since it didn't have to be cooked. Called them back after delivery & discovery. Talked w/ the owner. Wanted to know what I wanted them to do. I advised I'd like a new order that wasn't cooked too long. He told me if I'd like to bring it all back in and they thought it was burnt they would make new. Really? I had just paid $2 for delivery and you want me to bring it in there? Are you serious? That's all he had to say. I told him thank you and I hung up. I threw away their menu they sent with my order. Needless to say, that's the last money I will spend there. p.s. I didn't even want to give this place one star
