She first made me wait about 40 min after my appt because she had taken a walk in and did a weave on her. I told her I wanted a lot of blond, bangs pointed ends on the front of my supposedly stacked hair she foil weaved the bottom of my hair n had already asked me if I wanted it dark or some blond in the back. She didn't listen to anything I said but, she was busy talking bad about her family to anyone that would listen. I called her on it and she immediately started telling me things that were not true. I told her I couldn't see my hair good in the back without my glasses n she said it wasn't her fault I couldn't see. It was her fault she didn't do what I asked her n I wouldn't have had to call her on it. She styled it n when I washed it my entire head of hair looked different. She talked down to me n kept telling me she didn't want to argue with her elders. I'm not a lot older than she is. Bragging about how much money she has. Well she sure took my money. Im not the OLD low life she acted like I was. Sure, she offered me to come back in but, I didn't trust her n really didn't want to listen to her anymore. This will make her mad but, she can't b any madder than I am. After all, I'm the one that lost money.

This salon is absolutely terrible! I would not recommend anyone to go to this salon! We were able to get in the same day we called which it should have been a RED flag to us. When I set the appointment for my mom I made sure to ask for a experienced hair stylist that can deal with very thick, long, curly hair. When we got there we find out the girl working on my mom's hair just got out of school FOUR months ago. She over dyed my mom's hair to the point it was falling out by the handfulls. Then she tried to fix it by cutting it to shreads! We were there for a total of 7 hours. Then she had the nerve to say oh well this deep hair treatment I will do for free... hahaha what a joke!
