Do not deal with this "premium retailer"I was told I could exchange a phone within 14 days. When I got home (an hour from the location), I noticed the iPhone they sold me was a 16GB rather than the 32GB I had wanted. My schedule does not allow me to go to their location at their convenience. I was traveling during the 14 day period and tried exchanging the phone at a true Verizon location - but they couldn't do it, because it was a different company. I rerouted my trip to pass an A Wireless Verizon location. Guess what - no 32GB there either. The guy there called the location closer to me, and arranged to have a 32GB sent there for when I returned. It is now 13 days, and I just went back to get the 32GB phone. "I'm sorry, we don't have any in stock. But we noted it in your account, so if its a couple days over, it will be ok"Seriously?? They didn't get the phone in over a week, and I'm supposed to believe it'll be here in 2 days? I simply can not leave to go to a store an hour away that does not have what I need. Save yourself a lot of time and hassle - drive however far you have to in order to deal with a Verizon direct location. Verizon should sever its business relationship with these people. I really wish I had never walked in their store.
