We recently purchased a vehicle from their smaller lot.Paid $11.000.00 for this vehicle.Customer service there was O.K.Kept the vehicle for exactly 3 days,and decided that I did not like the whine or revving up of CVT transmission so we took the car to their bigger lot on 192 at London,ky.,hoping that they would possibly accept the car back as a trade in on another vehicle since we had only kept the car for three days.We were even willing to take a loss on this vehicle and chalk this up to our loss.After five or six salesmen discussed the details and crunched their figures behind closed doors,and an hour and a half later the salesman approaches us and offers us $6.000.00 for the vehicle that we had purchased for$11.000.00 from their other lot.In my opinion this we felt was just an insult.I had thought that maybe this dealership would have better ethics.Very unprofessional of such a what I thought was a highly qualified dealership.As for me I would not recommend doing business with.
