The price for boarding was similar to the Humane Society (which is the cheapest around) but the services were much better. My dog is young and needs a lot of exercise. When she stayed at the Humane Society even with the added expense of the Exercise option she came home completely wired from lack of movement and regular exercise. This kennel gives each dog way more space and they get to exercise a lot more!! My dog had to stay a couple of weeks while I was away, and they gave me regular updates. I was very happy with the service. We'll be using them as our regular kennel, even though it is a bit of a drive from Santa Barbara!

This made us feel much better about leaving the two of them. We received a call with an update and great communication about pickup time. They are taken out of their runs multiple times a day for play time and to use the bathroom. They even had supervised eating times as our dog eats much faster than our friend's. We were definitely happy with our experience and will use Mangler's again if we are ever in need!

This was an excellent choice for my two 10-pound Shih-tzus. The facility is exceptionally clean. There are only a small number of kennels. There is a play yard for the dogs to run around a bit. The owner Janine is very good with the dogs. I would highly recommend Mangler's Guest Ranch for pets.

My wife wanted to take me to monterey for my birthday but we didn't know what to do with our min pin Cali. Thankfully we found Manglers. After you take your pet here, you will never want to leave them with anyone else. We plan on boarding our cat here as well next time.

My Wife and I use the Manglers Ranch every time we need to board our dog Zephyr. Its located in the beautiful foothills of the Santa Ynez Mountains and you couldnt imagine a better location. When you think of a normal everyday pet boarding center, you think cement walls, cramped cages, intercity, and unhappy pets. Manglers Ranch is the complete opposite. Your pet will probably have more space to run around than he/she does at home. Simply put, its clean, safe, and Jeanene (owner/pet nanny) is one of the friendliest people we have met in the area. She even takes the time to give zephyr his ear infection medicine drops. It feels as if we are dropping our pet off with someone that we know. Zephyr is happier leaving the ranch then when he arrived. And we couldnt be happier about that. And the cherry on the cakeIts the best price in town!

I have boarded my large dog there on 3 occassions and he always receives good care.

My husband and I travel for work, so finding a place to watch our pups for the weekends is normal for us. We, however, are very particular on who we leave them with. Mangler's Ranch for pets is clean, SPACIOUS, and has amazing pricing. As well as it being well ran and organized, the owner is very friendly and welcoming. We knew right away our dogs were in good hands. Mangler's Ranch for pets is where we will always go while being in Lompoc.

I found Mangler's from a google search. I am SO glad I was able to talk with Jeanene Mangler on the phone. I have a very shy 8 year old dog that has never been boarded before and Jeanene took as much time as I needed to answer all of my question and gave me more information about kennel. After arriving the kennel is so clean and Jeanene is so caring your your animal it's like taking your pet to a family members home. Our dog was at easy almost instantly and Jeanene called me twice just for a update to easy my mind. I would highly recommend Mangler's Guest Ranch to anyone. I will be going back.

Had to travel on short notice and usual place was full, so we researched options and found that Mangler's had an opening. We drove a little father than usual - but are very glad we did! Ranch is in a beautiful setting, clean and secure, and easy to get to. We left our very lively and somewhat high strung male unaltered 6 year old Labrador at the Ranch for two weeks - after more than a week at any other place he is typically dirty, hungry and frantic when we pick him up - not so after his stay at Mangler's! When I picked him up, he was sleek, clean and content- it was clear that he had enjoyed his stay. It showed that he had been in a caring environment. We definitely will always bring our dog here in the future. Price was right as well. Thanks Mangler's!

Left my 2 labs here while I went on a trip over this last Thanksgiving. Kennel is very clean and they take great care of the dogs. I didn't have a worry at all. The owners are extremely nice and will leave here in the future. Thanks you!!!

I use Mangler's Guest Ranch for Pets for my darling Labradoodle. Whenever we go on a vacation where she can't come along, I want to know that she will be taken care of and I feel very confident when she stays at the Mangler's Ranch. I like the owner and feel she is an animal lover, and I know she take good care of my dog. When I pick up my dog, she looks great, smells great and is happy as usual.
