History: I researched YELP ratings for flooring companies in my area, and located a company in San B with no bad reviews who quoted the lowest price over the phone - by the owner of the store. The install would be vinyl in kitchen/dining room area with new 4" baseboard plus the installers would move the appliances - perfect! Go to that store to set up the install; however, a different person quote's me adding a few hundred dollars! Of course, sticking to my guns, he lowers it to the amount the owner stated over the phone. I confirm same package deal and sales person states yes. Deal made and date scheduled for install.



Day before the install the same sales person comes to the house to get measurements and asses the area. This time he says we need to move all appliances out except the fridge - Fine! I mention the 4" baseboard and he states it will only be the parts UNDER the cabinets?! REALLY? Frustrated as we had been remodeling for 3 weeks and we just wanted our kitchen back - my husband stated "OK". And lastly the sales guy says to give his installers an additional $75 cash - WHAT?!!!! FINE!!! I just wanted this stupid vinyl installed.



Next day - Installers show up and state, "Why is the fridge in the kitchen?", and inform me that I need to find a neighbor to move it out (husband at work). Spoke with the store and they stated this installer does not move appliances, and if I could find someone to move the fridge. THAT IS IT! I CANCELLED JOB!!



I was panicked, mad, frustrated, and on the verge of crying. Called up Lowe's, Home Depot, and other stores in San B to find all were over a 2 week waiting period for install. I finally look outside San B and found Elite! Hesitant because they are in Loma Linda meaning it would be more expensive; I just went for it as I needed someone fast! Spoke with the owner, Alex, and he was AWESOME to say the least. I explained what happened and first thing he attempted to do was correct the previous stores mishaps by contacting them so they could complete the job! I informed him that I have provided more than enough "attempts" so now he has my business and I would not be going back to the previous store no matter what was offered. He offered me the same deal with NICE 4" boarding ALL around the kitchen/dining area for just about the same price; in fact, Elite was cheaper in the long run!!



Scheduled an asap install which would be two days away; however, he would find out if one of his regular clients (realtor investor) would switch my install time since no person were living at the investors property location. Investor agreed and Alex had our flooring installed the next day, and his guys did a GREAT JOB! Flooring installed perfectly! The installers were polite, respectful, and cleaned up their mess! Alex even called a few days later to make sure all was well - Excellent Service!!!! Thank you Alex from the Baldivid's
