Customer service in Waton county never ever been training how to be a customer service, it is a face of the WALTON county, but why they don't have enough money to train their employee or somewhat their customer service is super bad!!! I wished I wouldn't buy house in this district. Customer service in GWINNETT County will be better at where I had been treat very well.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I had my water line break after the meter. I was informed it was my property so I am responsible for my $1200 water bill. I had my water line re ran costing me over $500. After talking to the plumber who repaired my water line, i tried to get my bill adjusted (per the plumber) Then the water company said they could adjust my bill. I faxed them my invoice from the repairs and my bill was adjusted to $150. WOW thats great i thought, until i got my next months bill... my bill was $380. So i called down again to the Water Department and was told my bill was adjusted but i had a balance of $380 on my account. I was being friendly and just wanted an explanation because i was told my bill was adjusted to $150 which was paid. The lady over the phone would not explain it and was so rude she told me "if you would like i can take the adjustment off and you bill will be $1200". we went back and forth over the phone because at this point I demanded and explanation. ends up there was no explanation and if i did not pay the bill my water was going to be cut off today and the adjustments would be reversed back to the original $1200. very rude people down there and i hope no one EVER has to deal with the poor customer service that I did. I WILL GET A WELL OVER THE SUMMER and be done with the fools at the water company.
