        Established in1995, the Logansport Juvenile Correctional Facility is a detention center for male juvenile offenders. It supports a dad club and grief and loss group. The correctional facility works under the Indiana Department of Correction, which employs more than 8,000 staff members and houses over 24,000 adults and juveniles in nearly 30 facilities, including prison camps, juvenile facilities and work release centers. The Indiana Department of Correction offers a variety of emergency response services, such as check point assistance and K-9 support offered to law enforcement agencies and schools, as well as drug searches of jails, vehicles and parking lots. The Logansport Juvenile Correctional Facility is located in Logansport, Ind.
