I'm beginning to think that other businesses are paying certain people to leave bad reviews on businesses in competition with them. I've shopped all the rest and have realized that Timberline employees are by far more advanced in their customer service skills and can HELP me with anything that I have questions about. Also, they sell a line of premium juices at their cost, just to help us vapors out. Give them a chance, I can promise that you will not be disappointed!

The filters for the vapes are knock offs and every single one I bought there is burnt tasting and not good. I went today to a different smoke shop and got a filter and my vape tastes great now. Shame on you guys for selling bad filters.

I am new to the area and went in looking for a gift for my wife. The people at Timberline were helpful and sold me a vaporizer cheaper than I could buy it off the internet. I would recommend them to anyone looking for smoking stuff.
We have always bought from these guys but never again.We came in and spent 45 bucks on a e-cig where the battery is suppose to last 15-20 hours, well to our surprise we hardly used it & 4 days later it stopped working.We tried charging it & all it did was blink colors.When it did charge we would get maybe 5 puffs & then it would start blinking red & wouldn't do anything.I took it into the store & the OWNER Mary was saying we must not be getting enough power to our outlets in our home.What the hell are we suppose to do?Call Rocky Mountain Power & tell them that we need more voltage to our house so we can charge our e-cig!All they did was tell us that we should try different outlets or a power strip & gave us a different charger.We live in Wellsville & made 2 trips to Logan that night all to leave msgs for owner to call us back and we have heard nothing back. DO NOT SHOP HERE BC ALL YOU WILL GET IS SOMETHING THAT WILL BREAK & THEY WONT DO CRAP FOR YOU NO MATTER HOW MUCH MONEY YOU SPEND!
