Sprinkler Master

They charge per man-hour with a two man crew, but one of them literally did nothing but sit and watch the whole time. They then billed for more hours than they were on my property, and when I called I was told by the guy that he had written the times on his hand but the sprinkler water washed them off so he had to guess. I started having other problems with the sprinkler system after their repair and called another company. The new person quickly identified the problem--Mr. Sprinkler had installed the new valve incorrectly. Fortunately, to fix it, my new service charged me only a fraction of the cost of Mr. Sprinkler service.

For such a small business, they sure have a lot of ridiculous arbitrary fees which they do not tell you about. Typical dishonest local business. You can tell the rest of the reviews are fake as well.

I had Dr. Sprinkler go thru my sprinkler system at the start of the season when the secondary water was turned on. I was very pleased with how they serviced my system and got me up and going. I will have them come back to winterize my system in the fall. I was very pleased.

The staff were always friendly to talk to and effective at what they did. I am sure to use them for any future repairs.
