1 star is more than they deserve.They delivered way more lumber than we needed for framing, wouldn't pick it up unless we paid, then charged us for restocking.They lost some of our windows and took them weeks to reorder.They said that siding would deliver one day and it arrived a week and a half later.The Front door was the wrong style.Interior doors were also promised one day and delivered a week later.All along they would never call to let me know what was going on, I would have to constantly check in to validate things were going good, and they never were.
On 07/11/2014 at about 5 pm, I walked into burton lumber to get some help with siding. I showed up with a sample of siding and was told they did not sell any. I took a look around and clearly saw siding in their show room. To make a story short I was not helped because of my race and I am taking this to the net. Everyone who cares about customer service should know this.
