Thanks to yard party events my daughter had the best birthday ever! I highly reccomend them to anyone who is having a party with kids involved especially! I was very pleased with how easy they were to do business with also and the prices were much more affordable than anywhere else I checked into. The bouncy house was in great shape and very clean. You guys are wonderful and I plan on doing business with you again for my sons birthday in June.

Hi Jasmine. I am the owner of Yard Party Events. Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I was very sorry to hear of your negative experience with our services. We have been in business for over 17 years, and we take what we do very seriously. The Toddler Play Center that you rented gets perhaps more foot traffic than any other unit we have, especially after a long Fall Festival season, which is when your rental took place. As a result the seams near the slide ONLY had to be reinforced with a commercial grade clear vinyl tape especially for inflatables. I apologize that your perception was that it was covered in so much tape and that the unit was not properly inflated. That particular unit is not actually a bounce house even though it has an inflated floor. The floor is only 12 inches high and is intended to be nothing more than a cushion for the toddlers (36month & younger), NOT for adults. The two blowers provided are all that is needed to inflate this unit. UPDATE: This inflatable has now been repaired and no longer needs tape. As far as the dirty tables and chairs, we do clean between uses. However, we try to make it clear on our website that our tables and chairs are used outside, and no longer look new. With respect to the balls for the ball pit, I can rest assured that MOST of the balls were not crushed flat. I admit that there may have been some in the collection of several hundred that may have been, We now take measures to remove crushed balls. With respect to the toddler tables and chairs, I am not aware of anything smaller/shorter than what we provided to you. The toddler tables are adjustable in height, and the lowest setting is about 2 feet high, which is what they are set on when we give them to our customers. The toddler chairs, we call them Pre-School chairs, are very small and sit quite low to the ground, and are certainly small enough to handle small children, but perhaps not a one year old. We've changed our description to say 2-4 years. In all the years of renting our those tables and chairs, I have never heard anyone complain that they should have been smaller. I am sorry that you thought they were too large for the kids. The feedback we usually get is that they are the perfect size for small children. I would like to say again that I am very sorry that you had a bad experience with us, and we hope that you will consider giving us another chance. I recently rented the toddler bounce house for my 1 year old sons first birthday party. The inflatable was in HORRIBLE condition and at least 65% of the inflatable was covered in tape. Tape that was doing a very unsatisfactory job of keeping air in I also rented tables and chairs that were extremely dirty and chairs could have been easily wiped down! The inflatable came with a ball pit and plastic balls and MOST of the balls were crushed flat. Their website advertised toddler table and chairs but they are children tables and chairs and were way to big for toddlers. I kept everything for the sake of my sons birthday party and not having an alternative the morning of the party. But save yourself the frustration go elsewhere!
