        Overall

        I work here so of course I think it is great. But the fact is that it has a beautiful class room with a great floor, The club is very spaciour so your are not confined to one large room with equipment on top of equipment. There is also a seperate area women and as far as I am concerned a great variety of the best equipment both cardio and strength.

        There are plenty of classes to choose from and every member has a personal trainer to get them started on an exercise program designed for them individually...no cookie cutter program here! I know this because I am the trainer that devises these programs and am certified in 3 categories ,,Personal Trainng, Pilates and Group Fitness. I train our members ranging from the the 18 year old athlete to the an aging senior citizen with physical issues.

        This club has hugh parking and is located in a low traffic area.

        This is Lockports home town gym and the owners do the best to help meet the needs of the community. Established for more thant 18 years you can count on Ultimate Physique to be here for you. Try it out I am sure you will like it.

        the Lockport Athletic Club is five minutes away. I am telling this review from the view of myself and others I have personally spoken too. These people are now enjoying the emenities of the L.A.C which includes a personl trainer, no complaining, with complaint signs hanging everywhere, steam rooms, tanning beds, CLEAN locker rooms and much much more.IF you wish to catch atheletes foot or M.E.R.S.A then by all means check out the outdated Ultimate Letdown and be sure to wear a gas mask to avoid all of the so called smelly people there. Apparently the owners have no problem letting those individuals know who they are.Go somewhere professional for a professional workout. D
