Service department has trouble putting air in tires when ask to do so during a oil change and tire rotation....never mind the glaring light on the dash or the fact that the tire pressure for my truck are 65psi front 80psi rear, so after you rotate the tires you just leave as is? So now I waste my time doing something that is STANDARD, Thanks for the poor work and for wasting my time.

I dealt directly with the owner alongside a friend. He could not have been more patient, understanding, or willing to work with us to resolve the issues. Issues that were in no way the fault of The Car Place, and yet, for at least 15 minutes prior to Our conversation, He had been accused of all kinds of deceit, yelled at, and called every name in the book by the other person also on the agreement. Instead of taking it out on my friend, he was even more understanding. He went above and beyond because we communicated respectfully. It is a business of used cars, buy here/pay here. Obviously, he needs to make money just like everyone else, but as far as needing to purchase a vehicle this way. I'd try here first.
Daughter bought a nice 08 Chevy cobalt from them, we THOUGHT it was nice,but had nothing but problems with it,from the time she picked it up at the lot, ck tire pressure lite on the it was delivered to her! Two weeks later, front brakes, a week after that, the starter went, the half assed fixed it, about a month after that, it needed driver front strut, and wheel bearing, they refuse to fix it this time, so off to the shop it went. While at the shop, it was pointed out to me, that this car had been wrecked at some point,and the sub frame was patched and welded, and would NOT pass inspection, soooooo what do you do with a car that CAN'T pass inspection, called dealer, they say it not there problem, so we now have a car that we paid $4950 on so far, they won't work a fair deal, I had no choice to buy a vehicle from a reputable dealer, and surrender the pos to Ontario, they proceeded to sell it at auction for 1500, and sent me a bill for $6290 saying balance of loan still due!!! This car in good condition only books on kbb for $1700. AND Sandy says I will owe TAX for what THEY SOLD the car for? I'm NOT paying the tax on THEIR sale, I certainly did not get the $1500. So. Bought a 2003 Taurus from them 3 years ago and have nothing but problems with it. Went to take it for inspection and found out it won't pass do to the frame and floor boards rotting out
They did bad work on my fathers Civic SI. They told him they would replace the door because there was a large crack in it. Come to find out they in fact used a filler and painted over the damage. Now their "fix" is rusting through due to the salt and it's clear they never replaced the door skin as stated. That was $449 not well spent.
