A MISTAKE WITH EVERY VISIT! No exaggeration! We've been going to W&F for over 20 years. There is a mistake made on every visit. Everything from forgetting to place our order to the district manager yelling at us for complaining about "their" mistakes!! Unbelievable the callousness that is infused into this company from the bottom all the way to the top. The Dearborn and Livonia branches are notorious for one mishap after another. Don't bother to complain. Management does not care, period. Many online reviews from their own employees explain their poor training. There are other places to go. Look online or call your insurance company. Wright & Filippis is so disorganized. Expect MONTHS of waiting time- no exaggeration. We can no longer wait month after month of apologies as to why our item is not ordered, lost or any numbers of excuses we've experienced. Save yourself the trouble of ironing out their mistakes, being yelled at and getting a headache from it all and go elsewhere.
I did not enjoy my service visit at all. The service department has a attitude problem of not listening to the customers problems, and coming up with a non aggressive know it all type of attitude for finding a solution, and satisfing the customers needs, and concerns. I have dealt with many folks in my life time about service related problems, and these folks as far as my feelings go, are at the very bottom of my list of knowing how to take care of business, and satisfying the customers requirements. A very non professional attitude is what I had in dealing with this company..
