Terrible terrible service. I live in a apartment complex and they chose to just put the sticker on the complex door with out ringing the bell. Apparently I wasn't available even though I was home expecting it. What a waste of $4 expedited shipping. Called customer service and she offered for me to pick it up the next day. completely disregarding that I needed it TODAY and maybe that's why I paid to expedite it. Pure laziness. FYI this is the 3rd time this has happened. I will only use USPS now.
If a service can move our family's piano five times in a span of 24 years and it still looks as good as it did when I was a kid, then they are doing something right. That is for sure!! My family has used this service for a long time for relocating their home as well as the piano. It was in the early 1990's when our family piano was moved into our home. Since then it has been moved about five or six times. We finally found a place to keep it for a long time we hope in Traverse City where he moved it last Fall. If it needs to be moved again, we shall use them yet again.
Horrible service. I got a call from an angry lady telling me that I they can't locate my package. When I asked her do you know if the package is in the facility or on a truck she got angrier and said even if I find it in the facility I will not call you, you have to wait until tomorrow. When I said I will complain to corporate about her behavior she hung up in my face. Horrible horrible service.
All I can say is "Thanks Again!" From past experiences I keep shopping around. Maybe its just bad luck, but the last three moves left me wondering how the next one was going to turn out. Too good to be true I thought. I was treated with respect, that was the main thing. My last few moves they seemed to just want to get me out of the way and rush through. Well the owner made me feel comfortable, and handled everything carefully.Thank you thank you again!!
Thanks again for the short notice response. Next time I will give better notice. He had passed on a lot of helpful tips that will save me a lot of extra efforts on my next move. I was going to use a storage pod, but he strongly urged me to go another route. When the move was completed I realized how much more space I need to store my belongings than I originally had anticipated. They helped me overt a costly oversight. Not only that, but they have me steered down a completely different path. I will be using them to move to Connecticut in a few months. The storage companies representative said that the largest size would be adequate. If I would have kept my reservation i would have been in need of a second pod basically doubling my costs. He not only saved my day, but saved my month.See them in February!!
I paid for 3 day shipping so that I would receive a package on a Friday. The delivery driver forgot to bring my package with him in the morning. I now have to wait until Monday for my items even though I paid for expedited delivery. Customer service said they can do nothing to get my package to me this weekend, I can't even go pick it up. That's completely unacceptable. If a driver forgets a package, they need to go back for it. I fully expect a refund on shipping fees.
How about instead of leaving a "delivery attempted" sticker on the doorbell of my apartment complex, you actually ring it so I know you're there.
They were helpful and courteous. I would recommend using their store.
Pony Express? Of my most recent five deliveries three were delivered to my neighbor and I'm still waiting for the Urgent "Next Day Air" delivery from last month.If I needed a life saving organ transplant overnight; I would take my chances with ANYONE other than UPS.
Poor service. Driver came to a backdoor where it states that all deliveries go around front. Comes back a second time to the same back door but this time goes around front but ONLY puts a sticker on door and does not open door and come in. Theres a sign right at door that says OPEN. But now i have to go pick up. Poor service.
