After several years of being faithful and frequent customers who refer others to go there. We have had several times where our order was wrong or not good but would deal with their mistake on our dime. The one time I call because all 3 meals within the order were wrong, and I was told to call back for a full replacement of the order. I call one week later and the woman says she will have to call me back because the man I spoke with was not in today....I never received a call back! She acted like it was a lot to replace 3 orders, how does she think I feel I paid for something I did not order! I drove all the way from Southfield to pick up food that day, and was not about to drive all the way back because they messed up our entire order, not to mention I do not receive 2 lunch breaks. I was very happy when I called and was told I would be accommodated with a replacement order until I actually called to redeem replacement. I am very disappointed at the level of customer service. We will stop going there because of this. Very disappointed and will tell everyone we know not to go there.
