I recently had a memorial luncheon here for my father and the wait staff stole over $300.00 from us. When we arrived the waitress told people it was an open bar, then we were charged for it. We never agreed to pay for an open bar and this raised the final tab by HUNDREDS of dollars (when making the arrangements I explicitly said cash bar).The bill I was given had the 18% gratuity included in the itemized break down. I paid it. Then one of the waitresses chased me down in the parking lot and demanded an additional $100 gratuity, so I paid that.THEN I found out another family member paid the gratuity in cash. So we were essentially charged triple gratuity, which the wait staff pocketed. When I brought this to the owners attention I was completely ignored. This business claims to be all about family, but they took advantage of mine at a time when we were extremely vulnerable. I would never patronize them again and caution anyone considering it not to do business with them. They are dishonest, extremely unprofessional and the food (especially the beef brisket) was disgusting.
Many good experiences here with both food and friendly, attentive service. We believe their regular salmon entree is the best in town! Not as fond of their weekend prime rib.
We had filet and it tasted like the cheapest steak you can get but tender. We were disappointed for the price and had better at cheap steak houses. The best part was the service which was good and she was friendly and tentative. She is the reason for the 2 stars instead of only 1. That was our first and last experience there.
good food good pricing went to this outback on valentines day
