250 Quality Cleaners

I use their satellite cleaners in Canton for the 1st time I didn't read the reviews. Shame on me, that will never happen again. They just happened to be closer to my home. If I could give it zero stars I would. I took a beautiful cashmere sweater in there, that have been dry cleaned before. When I got it back it was shrunk to nothing. When I went back I took along another one in a different color that had another cleaners tag still on it. At that time I was told they do not clean them there. The owner was called and he wanted me to leave both sweaters. I said no when will be at this location. I was told by a very nice young lady that I would have to drive to Livonia (22 miles round trip) to show it to them. Which I did the very next day. I was told to ask for Happy or Gill. Nasty people they were. I took FIVE cashmere sweater with me to show the size I buy are all the same. Also, I went on line and found the same exact sweater they shrink to show what I purchased it for. But to my surprise they had me drive out there so they could accuse me or the other cleaners of ruining my sweater. He wanted to take both my sweaters in the back and clean them while I waited to show he didn't do it. Like I was going to waste more time and have him ruin another cashmere sweater. In the end he told me to never come back. Like I would ever after he ruined a $140 sweater, had me drive all that way to be treated nasty and wasted my time. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! They used to do good work! But their quality of work has diminshed a lot! They recently ruined a shirt of mine, and when I talked to the owner a lady (usually works the front counter), she said we cannot do anything. The shirt looked worse than when I dropped it off. I asked kindly to have it cleaned once again, and she said its not going to help. I do not appreciate the way they treat their customers, and will not return. If you value your clothing find another place to give your laundry/dry cleaning

Horrible people and workers. They have location in Livonia and south canton that I know off. They lie to customers. They ruined my shirts on 2 separate times and they are not sorry at all instead blaming me. Manager, owner do not like to explain or talk and ignore your calls. Avoid this place at all cost. Never use them if you care about your clothes. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Worst dry cleaners I have ever been to. They wore a hole in my wool jacket, fused the fabric together (and then denied that they had an iron or anything on site that was hot and could possibly fuse the fabric), yelled at me when I complained, and denied a refund. I would avoid at all costs. Staff is rude and unprofessional.
