This staff and pharmacy is incredibly professional. If your insurance company won't pay for the medication they go out of their way to help with coupons, discounts and reasonable pricing. They are courteous, very fast and definitely put the customer first. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for a prescription to be filled. They are a credit to the community and a great example for others pharmacies to follow. Thank you, Mr. Davis

Best pharmacy ever! Caring, compassionate...fast fast fast service..I five 22 miles just to use this pharmacy! Never experienced anything like this! I recommended this pharmacy to anyone needing a pharmacy or medical supply. Hands down the best service.
I have never in my lifetime received the compassion and customer service from any other Pharmacies that I have used. Thank you Chris and staff for the professionals you are. Yours truly Colin Rugg.
TESTIMONIALI am writing this to proclaim that I have found the Nirvana of pharmacies in Farmington Drug and Medical Supplies (20434 Farmington Rd, Livonia MI 48152)!Let me say that I have been a patron of CVS and CVS mail order, CVS - Silverscript (mail order), Rite Aid, Henry Ford Hospital pharmacies, Pharmacy Advantage (Henry Ford's mail order), and a number of other various pharmacies; but not one of them can match Farmington Drug and Medical Supplies! What is the difference, what makes Farmington Drug so superior? I can sum it up in one word: Chris, the owner, operator and head pharmacist! In this world today, too many are single-mindedly in pursuit of the almighty dollar. They lose sight of common decency and concern for others. Chris at Farmington Drug embodies all of the finest qualities mankind possesses. As he himself told me, he makes good money. More importantly, however, he does it without sacrificing compassion, friendliness, professionalism and just plain old good natured and humble customer service! He makes me feel like I am special or like I'm his only client. If you need medications, take my advice and give Chris a call at Farmington Drug and Medical Supplies, (248) 478-3922. He makes my life so much easier with his automatic refills, free home delivery and his personal assurance that service with a smile will also include flawless handling of all my medication needs. I am prescribed 14 different medications, but I no longer have to remember when to order what nor, as I have no car, how to get those meds to my home.To Chris, I want to offer my heartfelt thanks for taking care of me as if I were family. Bless you, brother! Yours in Christ, Brian Murray
I cant say enough.. Customer service is dead these days so I am shocked to find this extremely high level of genuine concern and service. Im uninsured and can barely afford even half my meds but they have worked with me and done everything in their power to help and im only making it through because i found this place. Just a great place great people..
I went yesterday after. getting over a cold,I was pretty achy all over. after my massage I felt a little better but this morning I woke up feeling great!! no aches or pains!! I also had the best sleep to. I definitely recommend Anthony I received a firm Swedish and it was amazing I will definitely be coming back as a member!
I was excited about a $30 massage; I should've remembered that you get what you pay for. My therapist was quiet and attentive, but those are the only kind things I can say. His hands were rough, the pressure was uneven, his routine was strange - like he forgot parts and went back to do other stuff, and he didn't seem to know anatomy. Even after finding reference points like shoulder blades or my spine, his hands would be off center. Rather than massaging the muscle on either side of a bone, he pressed HARD directly on several bones. My collar bones, for example, are bruised. He didn't go below my natural waistline or above my knees, even though I mentioned lower back pain, sciatica, and fibro pain in my front thigh muscles. He used so much oil (which was in clear bottles and just looked like anti-bacterial hand stuff, which was a bit off-putting for me) that I could feel it dripping. After he'd pulled a leg out from under the sheet, he went and got hot towels. The towels were so rough and scratchy that it was nearly painful as he basically just wiped the oil off each arm and my upper back. I decided to pretend I'd gotten a free body scrub. I also thought it was weird that he took the time to do that after having gotten my leg ready. The whole thing was unsatisfying. Aside from his lack of skill, the music was too loud and it segued strangely, so I was hyper-aware each time. If I'd been prepared to pay their normal fee, I'd have definitely complained and refused to pay full price. As it was, I felt awkward and even tipped the guy. I won't return. Edit: After manning up and talking to a manager, I am less upset and willing to return to try another therapist at the introductory fee. I am therefore adding a star due to their customer service.
This place was absolutely amazing! I had one of the greatest experiences there. My massage therapist's name was Anthony and he did a wonderful job. They also offer this membership thing, which isn't really like a membership because you are basically just pre paying for the massages. All I know is that this place is AWESOME! They will be seeing me once a month and maybe even more :)
Valerie is amazing!!! I give you 100 stars :) !!!!
Relationship Institute has a person by the name Bruce K. Ford who I found to be very judgemental and unresonable to my situation. When someone wants to help their self. You dont turn them away. I just encourage people to hesitate before acting and to apply more rigorous methods in therapy.
