Very nice people super nice to deal with and their flowers are beautiful and last a very long time. Great place to do business with not a big box chain business a real business
Go anywhere else for your arts and crafts it's not worth it! I was in the Livonia store on 8-19 and waited for a very bitter manager named Julie to help me. She was irritable, rude and went out of her way to make things as impossible for me as she could. I was looking to return an item that lasted two weeks and was told on the phone by another manager that that was ok. Julie told me to wait while she called her manager and corporate to approve the return. I waited patiently for 45 minutes. Then she came back to me and said nobody from corporate was available and they are closed now. I called corporate myself from the store and they approved it in seconds. Therefore, Julie made me wait for no reason except she is miserable with herself and apparently I was the perfect target for her to take it out on. As I was getting my store credit I even told her Thank you for her time and she continued to be bitter and said the man from corporate was hesitant to give you the store credit! So to all Michael shoppers, if Julie is working even though she is getting paid for her time you will have to endure her miserable and bitter attitude toward life and may take it out on you.Julie is the lowest common denominator at Michaels and even though they have a good product it means nothing when you have to deal with this kind of a manager.
I found Cardwell on Yellow Pages.com to order a Christmas floral arrangement for my very sick sister in Livonia. Colleen was very caring while taking my order. The flowers arrived within a few hours and made my sister smile. I am very satisfied with the service and product Cardwell provided!
