Very nice dealership clean and professional, nice selection of cars although didn't find what I need, but I recommend this place.
I put a down payment on a vehicle and they must have got a better offer cuz I got a call from them the next day telling me they sold the vehicle. If you go there make sure you dont give them a down payment. It doesnt mean anything to them.
We've leased our last 4 cars from Bill Brown Ford. Lori Knudson is a great salesperson. This time the dealership and other dealers as far as Pennsylvania didn't have the car I wanted, so Lori ordered it. Soon after, she learned that Ford wouldn't make anymore of the 2015 models, so she found me the same car but with better options and made it so my payment would the same as it would have been with car I ordered. Lori is easy to work with and will do anything she can possibly do to make the deal work for you. I can't thank her enough!

This dealership is one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with! I recently purchased my second F-150 and the entire process was quick, easy and painless. My salesman always goes the extra mile to meet my requirements and my interaction with him was very pleasant as he has a similar sense of humor. I always have my vehicles serviced here and the job they do is always TOP NOTCH! Even though there is another Ford dealership closer to my home, I prefer to drive the extra few miles for the quality service I always receive at Bill Brown Ford. You just can't go wrong with Bill Brown's Team!
Bill Brown does an excellent job on oil changes and maintenance, but labor prices are way too much.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I have had my 2013 Ford Fusion in there about 5 times for either starting issues or a dead battery. They either can't figure out what the problem is or just do a quick fix with a new battery. I was so unhappy with my last experience I caled ford corporate. I will never go back to this dealer or service department again. I was basically blown off and treated like a stupid girl who didn't know anything about cars. Once my lease is up, I'm done with Ford!

My husband and I could never say how ecstatic we are with our 2015 Equinox! We had THE worst experience at a Jeep Dealership and ended up with a car I did not choose. Nicole took my call, heard my story and still said come on down! Chris B did all the initial leg work and was assisted by an excellent team! From Perry, finance, GSM, our sweet Polish gal to the service techs! I ended up in the car of my dreams and I will never drive anything but GM.
