I recently left this message on their website after finding my puppy’s picture on their website. I took my puppy there one time and they allowed her to get attacked by another dog. Please keep reading. It gets worse...

Please remove Luna’s picture from your page. This was the first and last day she will ever come to your facility. Her first day there, I picked her up and she had a mark on her head. You did not even have the decency to tell me what happened. When I got home, I discovered she had two gashes on her forehead and wasn’t responding as usual. When I called the next day to find out what happened your response was that “she was coming in from outside and another dog reacted and it was silly”. I’m not even sure what that means. I thought I was paying you to take care of my puppy while I was at work. Not to allow her to get attacked by another dog. And after you learned that she was not responding after being attacked by a dog at you facility, you have yet to call me back to check on her and make sure that she is okay. I would caution anyone that brings their dog here. They didn’t take care of my puppy, I’m not sure why they would be taking care of yours. My puppy is still recovering from that attack.
