In June of this year a well known and long standing competitive Jewler discolored my wife’s diamond from a D to an M and then appraised it $14,000 lower than it was appraised twenty years earlier. A friend told us to take it to Hayden’s and let them look at it. Hayden’s removed the stone from the setting and restored the brilliance of its natural beauty and re set it. We can’t remember this ring ever looking so beautiful. They did all this as a curticy.
They also appraised the ring reflecting what I believe was its original true value.
Hayden’s now have two new loyal and dedicated customers.

My first trip into Hayden Jewelers was when my future mother-in-law brought me in to buy the engagement ring I eventually proposed to my girlfriend with. Twenty years later, I am STILL shopping there and it's the only place I will ever buy jewelry from.
I constantly recommend them to friends of mine, and of course, my own kids buy their jewelry there as well. When I walk in, we are never treated like mere customers, but rather long time friends.
This past December I was laid up in the hospital during the Christmas season. Unable to Christmas shop for my wife, I called Hayden's looking for a particular piece and spoke with Caroline. She told me they didn't have one in stock, but they offered to order one for me. I knew that based on the date, there wasn't enough time for it to arrive before Christmas.
Disappointed with myself that I had waited too late to give my wife what I knew she deserved, I settled for ""gift choice #2"". Christmas morning, I found myself wandering around the hospital in a wheelchair. On my journeys, I saw a man and a little girl walking towards me. They looked familiar and it took me a few seconds to realize that it was Mark Hayden and his daughter. We said hi and shook hands and he handed me a package. It was gift wrapped in Hayden's paper. I asked him what it was, and he simply said, ""it's what you ordered"". Knowing I hadn't ordered anything he told me to give my wife a Merry Christmas. Needless to say i was shocked.
It turns out Mark had gone WELL above and beyond what any other merchant would do for a customer. He DEFINITELY gave me and my wife a Christmas we will NEVER forget.
That's just ONE example of the many reasons why I will never shop anywhere else except Hayden's.
