        Best Customer Service I've Ever Had

        I called asking for someone to come out and estimate a repair on my furnace. Was told that they don't do estimates on repair however she asked what the problem was, called a tech, got a range of what the possible causes are, and called me back with best and worst case scenarios. They also said based on the brand and age of my furnace I should be able to get a couple more years out of it!!

        The tech called to say he was going to arrive early! The fix ended up being the best case and the tech offered to install any filters since the fix didn't take the full hour!!! Can you imagine that? I wish all my service calls were so good.
